Maintenance downtime To keep our applications running smoothly, we have scheduled maintenance downtime on the 2nd Thursday of every month from 9PM to 11PM and every other Sunday from 5AM to 7AM and 1PM to 2PM. The GIS applications may be down at those times. Hennepin County GIS Users Group (HCGUG) HCGUG is a collaborative group comprised of public and private sector professionals who use, manage or have an interest in GIS technology.
